DeskBridge Client Apps

Install DeskBridge Client Production V1 on the device the user will connect from. The client opens the secure DeskBridge workspace.

Download status: desktop and Android builds are pilot/current builds pending final signing-status confirmation. The iOS IPA is an unsigned test build and requires Apple signing, provisioning or managed distribution before normal device installation. See download manifest.

Mobile Client

DeskBridge Client builds for supported Android and iOS devices. These are separate from 1 Authenticator.

  1. Use the Android APK on supported Android devices.
  2. Use the iOS IPA only for iOS testing, signing or managed distribution.
  3. Apple distribution may require signing, provisioning and device/tester approval.
  4. Open DeskBridge Client and sign in with the provided account.

Windows

Use the MSI for normal installation. Use the EXE only when you need a portable app.

  1. Download the MSI.
  2. Open it and follow the installer.
  3. Open DeskBridge Client.
  4. Sign in with the account details provided by DeskBridge.

macOS

Use the DMG for normal installation. The app ZIP is available as an alternative package.

  1. Download the DMG.
  2. Open the DMG and move DeskBridge Client to Applications.
  3. If macOS warns about the app, use System Settings to allow it.
  4. Open DeskBridge Client and sign in.

Linux

Use DEB for Ubuntu/Debian. Use RPM for Fedora/RHEL style distributions.

  3. Open DeskBridge Client from the application menu.
  4. Sign in with the provided account.
Do not install the client app when the user only needs 2FA. For 2FA and login approval, use the 1 Authenticator app.
