Cookie and similar technologies notice
Our public sites are designed to work with minimal browser storage. Where a cookie or similar technology is necessary for security, a form or an authenticated service, we explain its purpose here.
Public website
The public marketing pages do not require advertising cookies and DeskBridge does not use them to build advertising profiles. Basic server logs may record request and security information without placing a cookie on your device.
Forms and abuse prevention
- A short-lived, secure session cookie may be created when a local human-verification challenge is required for a form.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies, browser storage and technical signals needed to distinguish genuine users from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes those signals under its own privacy information.
- Rate-limit records are held server-side and use an IP-derived identifier; they are not browser cookies.
Authenticated services
Login, portal, learning, support and workspace services may use strictly necessary session, security, preference or load-balancing cookies. The exact set depends on the service enabled for the client. Disabling them may prevent sign-in or secure operation.
Choices
You can remove or block cookies through your browser. Strictly necessary technologies do not require consent under UK rules, but optional technologies will not be enabled until the required choice is obtained. If DeskBridge introduces analytics, advertising or another non-essential purpose, this notice and the consent control must be updated before deployment.
