Customer journey
A managed path from first question to confident adoption
The relationship does not end when the contract is signed. Every stage has a purpose, a customer decision, a DeskBridge responsibility and an evidence or acceptance gate.
Discovery
- Confirm people, roles, applications, data, support expectations and evidence needs
- Separate included Workspace capability from optional Sovereign assignments
- Produce an agreed scope, assumptions and implementation route
Pilot
- Test the selected Workspace and Sovereign applications with the minimum 10-user pilot where approved
- Validate access, workflows, support route, migration assumptions and adoption signals
- Agree what success means before the pilot starts
Implementation and training
- Complete migration, configuration, onboarding and cutover against the written scope
- Deliver online or on-site training at the agreed daily rate and duration
- Use train-the-trainer where the customer wants internal adoption capacity
Adoption, optimisation and expansion
- Review usage, support questions, access and evidence after launch
- Improve workflows or dashboard scope only through approved changes
- Add assigned applications, regions or capacity when the operating need is proven
What the customer owns
The customer owns timely decisions, accurate data, authorised approvers, user participation, device and recovery responsibilities, and acceptance of the service boundaries. DeskBridge owns the agreed managed service, support route, operating records and delivery responsibilities set out in the written agreement.
