Website and service terms
These terms govern use of our public websites. A DeskBridge service is supplied only under a separate written proposal, order or service agreement.
About us and acceptance
The websites are operated by DeskBridge Ltd, company number 17123038, registered office 71B Liswerry Road, Newport, Wales, NP19 4LH. By using a site you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Information, demonstrations and quotations
- Public content describes our service model and is not a binding offer, warranty or substitute for a signed scope.
- Prices, examples, estimators, demonstrations, training previews and roadmaps are indicative unless a signed document says otherwise.
- A feature shown publicly may depend on package entitlement, technical discovery, jurisdiction, licensing, integration and security approval.
- You must not treat fictional, preview or demonstration data as a live service record.
Permitted website use
You may view and use the sites for legitimate evaluation, account access and support. You must not interfere with security, probe systems without written authorisation, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape at disruptive scale or use the sites unlawfully.
Accounts and contracted services
Users must protect credentials, use only their assigned access and report suspected compromise promptly. Service availability, support, data handling, charges, liability, termination and exit obligations are governed by the signed client agreement, which prevails if it conflicts with this website summary.
Intellectual property and third parties
DeskBridge owns or licenses the site content, branding and software. You may not copy or reuse them beyond what law permits without written permission. Third-party names and links remain subject to their owners’ terms; a link does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Availability and liability boundary
We take reasonable care with public information but do not promise that the website is uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contracted service liability is governed by the signed agreement.
Changes and governing law
We may update the sites and these terms, showing the revision date on this page. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
