Roadmap direction
Direction without pretending every date is a promise
DeskBridge shares the themes and principles shaping the platform while keeping customer-specific planning, dependencies and unapproved dates controlled.
Current direction
- Make the DeskBridge Operating Model easier to understand and use
- Expand role-based Sovereign workflows where customer demand and evidence support the investment
- Improve migration, adoption, Academy and customer-safe evidence journeys
- Strengthen regional, security, recovery and portability capabilities through tested service design
- Use governed intelligence to improve visibility without making unsupported AI claims
Three levels of roadmap information
- Public direction: themes, principles and approved product intent
- Customer roadmap: more specific planning information shared through controlled customer channels
- Delivery plan: internal sequencing, dependencies, capacity and commercial approval
Feature requests
Customers and partners can submit a request with the problem, affected role, business impact, evidence need and desired outcome. Product ownership records the source, demand, decision status and next review. A request is not a commitment, delivery date or service entitlement until it is formally approved.
